Hudson Valley Brewery has a chic new tasting room! Lookin’ good! I tried out the Say No More, which was dark like a porter and toasty in flavor: I almost wanted marshmallows! I decided to scope out Pillow & Oats, in Beacon NY. Always excited to try out new places, I had to stop in. Long Live the Hop features Mosaic hops (my favorite) and drinks like a citrus juice.
