I decided to scope out Pillow & Oats, in Beacon NY. Always excited to try out new places, I had to stop in. Long Live the Hop features Mosaic hops (my favorite) and drinks like a citrus juice. Experimental Hammock should get a nod, but don’t let the “hoppy” fool you into thinking “bitter!” It drinks like a sparkling icewine! Customer service has been so friendly and warm! It’s a hot day, and a desire to carpe as much diem as I can brought me to Argonne Rose Brewing Company. Majestically beset in a former cathedral, the interior does not disappoint! Here at Einstök Bar on my last Reykjavík night.
